I apologize very much for interrupting this thread but I'm not sure how cure zone works in terms of alerting users to old posts. I also have posted in your hernia thread from 8 years ago.

I am a bilateral inguinal hernia sufferer, just diagnosed a week ago. They are small-moderate. I read about your post using cold to heal yours. I am looking to try alternative methods before I rush into surgery.

I was a little confused. Did you apply cold washrags every night? And then when you went to the store to buy cold soda cans, were those for use during the day? And you used the cans during the day 2-3 times a week? How long would you apply the cans during the day?
