Saywhatagain, I do want to add that I am not the typical christian when it comes to the doctrine of hell. Yes, I believe the same as most christians when it comes to believing that all those that do not believe in Jesus Christ will end up in hell. But the nature of hell is where I will disagree with many christians. I do not believe non-believers have an immortal soul. I do not believe scripture supports non-believers having an immortal soul. I believe that is what Jesus is saying here:

Matthew 10:28
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

So I do not believe in a ever-torturing hell for non-believers. I just believe they will be destroyed, and "no more" as the bible says.

2 Thess 1:9 says:
They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,


Psalm 37:10
In just a little while, the wicked will be no more; though you look carefully at his place, he will not be there.
