The message that we are sharing is the gospel of Jesus Christ, it is all good news. There is no bad news in the gospel of Jesus. What more is there to the story besides the gospel? If someone gets a chance to receive the gospel and rejects it, then they are creating their own bad news and that has nothing to do with the gospel.
My concern is defining what it means to be saved and how one goes about doing so. But let's stick to the topic at hand. Again, I am not debating the existence of hell, and yes there were times Jesus and his disciples talked about certain people that were in danger of going to hell. There were certain occasions when Jesus mentioned to specific people that they were on the path to hell. He had the authority to know the heart of a person and to know who was headed to hell and who was not. Christians who make judgements claiming to know who is going to hell and who is not I think are not quite following what Jesus taught. We can make guesses as to what we think the kinds of people that the scriptures refer to are going to hell, but we cannot know for sure.
