let's hope you can continue to maintain the viral levels at or near zero. Here are a couple things to consider also:
1) you wrote "But you want to use higher multiplier of the frequencies that are published and a 78% duty cycle for more harmonics." but the whole idea of the 3,5,7,9 pattern of harmonics depends on the square wave being 50% duty cycle. Straying from that changes the harmonics pattern and so you can't know the harmonics of a non-50% duty cycle square wave without doing a Fourier analysis on it. Look at

and see the graph showing how the sine wave harmonics add together to form a 50% duty cycle square wave. For instance, at 30% duty cycle the multipliers for the harmonics are 3,4,5,6, etc.
2) Because of the capacitive component of the body, at Clark frequencies and above an offset wave or a wave equally disposed around 0 volts (equally positive and negative) will both show the same wave form of current going through the body. That is, it is AC and does not maintain the same DC offset that the source signal had. In elelctromedicine the final thing that matters is the current going into the body which is different from the voltage waveshape.
