Can you please give us more details about the properties of the electric signal that you have used (min voltage, max voltage, frequency, duty cycle) i suppose the waveform was a square waveform ?

I have also found that it produces more die off and it gives me more energy and clarity of though when i electrise my body up to 16hours a day (with portable electrodes) with a low current flow (up to 10ma with 2 electrodes), rather than to electrise my body only 1hour a day with a high current flow (up to 35ma with 4 electrodes)
However i am not convinced that a precise frequency is necessary, maybe what is important is a sharp square wave or/and a min voltage above 0v (the "positive offset")
