My friend, I have had scalp folliculitis for 14 years now and the only lotion that helps keep it under control is Epiderm lotion (not Epaderm). I order it from ebay it comes in a small golden bottle in a blue box. I wash my scalp every day with a basic shampoo and change my pillow case everyday, I also cut my hair weekly this helps a lot. Creams will not get rid of it but I am currently considering permanent hair removal or chinese medicine.
