We don't care what you believe, reality does not change according to your beliefs...
Parasitic helminths exist and have been described by many different people in different parts of the world.
I have personally seen different kinds of worms in phlegm, in the feces.
I agree that some people may confuse undigested food parts with dead parasitic helminths parts, but i have never eaten something that looked like a segmented flat worm or a big roundworm so...
