I totally agree with you on that, gentle will not work to get rid of parasitic helminths.

Surprisingly the duration of use (even with a low intensity signal on an isolated part of the body) seems to also produce die off.
But a high intensity signal does not necessarily produce die off, even with 4 electrodes.
So the frequency and the duration of use seems to be important.
