I can't believe this, to me it looks like an exaggeration and an excuse to not do some serious tests to prove that your zappers can damage/kill parasitic worms.
You say that you have plenty of positive comments, i have read many of them and i don't see objective reports of die off of people who have ONLY used a zapper.

During all these years and with all the money that you have earned by selling zappers, you have not taken the time to do some serious experiments to prove that the electric signal produced by your zapper can damage/kill parasitic helminths, why is that ? It would be easy and cheap to apply the electric signal to a group of infected people who do not take any other treatment and analyze the die off in the phlegm, in the feces, in the urine, in the blood.
I suppose you don't want to do it because it may prove that your zappers are useless. You can't even explain why you choose to use the frequencies you use.
From you have wrote previously, it seems that you prefer to have an obscure/blurry presentation and spread exaggerations/deformations/inaccuracies as you often do on the posts of this forum or on the pages of your website so that you can convert desperate people into buyers.
