Nope! I eat what I consider to be well balanced meals. I'm not fixated on protein myself; I only meant that you can't heal or detoxify unless you have adequate protein.
I don't eat low-carb; I like cereal and root vegetables and just about everything.
However, low carb is good for a limited period of time, I think - maybe a few months. Then the diet should be widened to include more healthful carbs.
