Personally, if push came to shove, I'd advise people who suspect infestation but don't have access to professional diagnosis, to buy themselves a parasite killing formula, try it for awhile, and see what happens. Except for Wormwood , which you have to be careful with, there won't be any harm that I can see. If there's no result, go on down the line and investigate possibility of other causes for apparent malnutrition. A Dr. of old style Chinese medicine can be helpful here. They treat "patterns of disharmony", not isolated symptoms.

I get my info on parasite cleansing from Paul Pitchford's big book on health from Asian standpoint, 3rd ed. There's a large section on parasite problems at the back of the book. He recommends different herbs for different people according to their present condition and constitution. That way, reactions are minimized.
