Wormwood , which you have to be careful with, there won't be any harm that I can see. If there's no result, go on down the line and investigate possibility of other causes for apparent malnutrition. A Dr. of old style Chinese medicine can be helpful here. They treat "patterns of disharmony", not isolated symptoms.
