Hi Missy! I was researching this product as I only just heard of it today by the name of Secret Ceres. I saw the directions and it says to only insert 1/3 of the product inside after wetting. Could this be the problem? Did you insert the whole thing? I'm asking to understand a bit more of why this happened to you.
