i would not do kegels if i were a woman. i can tell you that men cheat on women all the time regardless of how much they do this exercise. i believe the op is doing this to try to hold on to a man. it won't work. men are not monogamous by nature, not matter how good the sex is. when women realize this they will be better off. like i said, if i were a woman, i would not put myself at risk like this. i should know. i know how men work and think.
