Thanks for posting, and I hope you feel better. What a traumatic experience. Keigel exercises would be best, and I even saw a contraption to help with those exercises online. Nothing works like strenghening the muscles for real, just like you can't fake nice legs by putting lotion or herbs on them, you just have to work to develop those muscles to look nice. The easy way out is sometimes the least trustworthy, I have to try and do those Keigels myself. While driving, while at work etc.
I am glad you posted here so we can benefit from learning of your bad experience. You never know, a friend may mention this Jamu stick idea, now we are warned to not try it! Or proceed with caution!
