I noticed that high fat diet makes me feel better.
It goes so against the popular belief though... I'm not sure if eating saturated fats will be of great benefit if you eat them long term... It's just a bit scary.
I used to be a vegetarian for quite long time and got very ill when I decided to go vegan. Still recovering.
