Goitrogenic foods - small amount well cooked mixed with other veggies plus bit of coconut oil - works very well for hipotyroid. Can add bit of proteins
If you really have AF high potassium foods make you worst most of the time. Like spinach yoghurt Put some salt. Add Celery root or zuchini high in sodium
Boiled quinoa 1 spoon mixed with veggies and some good oil - you can add an egg if you like. Quinoa for carbs - I eat 1 spoon boiled mixed with veggies and oil 3 times a day
Definitively add digestive enzymes for carbs and proteins
Never eat a carb food alone including almonds if you have AF.
Eat at night even with some carbs sleep is very important
