I like the idea with the yogurt and cream. Sounds delicious. I'll definitely try that!
And I'm gluten intolerant for sure. And the hypoglycemia issue just took a part of my soul away this winter. I never had these problems with food before, i just ate whatever I wanted until now.
I know that avoiding complex carbs is a bad idea long term, will try to add some little by little.
And because it's summer now I will try to make green smoothies again. I was getting sooo cold after drinking them in winter, then I read that the greens affect your thyroid and I didn't touch them ever since.
It's horrible that we have to be afraid of food now especially when the body is so weak....
