Re: I have no idea what to eat anymore. Any advice?

Hello. SO sorry.

A very oomplex dietary protocal, maybe.

ALl I can offer is what I, myself have experienced these past 4 years in severe adrenal Exhaustion with high RT3 too, and being hypoglycemic for the past 27 years is my major contributor to you.

All the times when my blood Sugar would get low or out of sink, I'd usually feel, cold, trembly, sick, nausious and this would be the time "I DID not feel like eating. BUT< the only way to rid these symtoms to some extent, was that I had to eat, regardless of how I felt.

Personnaly, I find eating plain greek yogurt the first line of defense to ingest.
I buy the large carton of "Plain Greek Yogurt." I than add 1/3 cup of heavy cream to it with one whole fresh squeezed lemon and stevia for sweetening, otherwise it is to sour.
Complex cars are necessary even if you can't tolerate them. Maybe try taking a few whole grain complex carbs with the 1/2 cup of yogurt.

If you are not gluten intolerant, "Rye Krisp" crackers are an excellant source. And some baby carrots.

Green bean, Yellow summer squash and zuccini squash and cherry tomatoes are good to add too.

ANother source of protein that is more easily digested if nausiated, is cottage cheese, string cheese or "Whey protein powder" ( make sure the label indicates, less than 2 grams of sugar,)

I would not be overly concerned about the cruciferious vegetable and the thyroid. I know about these too, but they are very healthy foods and one can still eat them "Sparingly."
Berries are another good source food. But, still eat sparingly. THey are lower in carbs than many of the other fruits and are high in anti-oxidants. I like to eat 7-8 berries on top of my greek yogurt.

Celery with almond butter on top is another good snack food, with a fw slices of apple and 2 string cheese. This makes for a small meal even.

WIth Hypoglycemia, you may need to eat every 2,3,4 hours and especially before bed. I find the 1/2 cup greek yogurt a great source. It is low in carbs, higher in protein and by adding the cream to it, has some fat. I ftolerated, try and eat 1 or 2 Rye Krisp crackers along with it.
Do you think you are gluten intolerant?
So many people with adrenal fat. and hypoglycemic can be and this can make matter worse. I am.

And, are you taking a good multi digestive enzyme? This can help digest food better, so it is better utilized too.

Dont' know what else to mention. But, I hope you get to feeling better. Doesn't hurt to try some of these if the status regiment is not working.

Paulette
