Hi. I totally understand. Seems you are trying to eat perfectly and you still feel bad. I still have these problems. And sometimes I think it's not the food, but the bad state of my adrenal exhaustion and the total impact and changes it has made on every organ, gland, neurotransmittors and cells.
Try and incorporate just alittle complex carbs than, here and there as tolerated.
Mayb a small romaine salad with a few cherry tomatos and 1/2 cup greek yogurt, and one or half piece of GLuten free toast.
