Natway it's clear that you are posting no longer from a place of possibilities and suggestions but from certainty. So then your understanding would have to hold up against questioning right?
How do you explain how not having enough calories, and therefore not enough energy, relates to sympathetic nervous system activity (increased heart rate, constant adrenaline, etc)? This is a sign of INCREASED energy usage.
Throughout our history as a race there have been times where large groups of people were malnourished or fasted for long periods of time. Are we to assume that these people all had the health issues we have?
"Everyone is different" is not an acceptable answer to me because from a genetic point of view, it's not reasonable when talking about the way entire systems operate and interact (digestion, nervous system, immune system, and so on).
