I'll save you a lot of time and trouble. You're not getting enough calories. Calories = energy. Nutrients are reflected by how many calories you're getting per day. Low calorie = low nutrients = malnutrition. It's really that simple.
To be an active person:
FEMALES: at least 2,500 calories per day
MALES: at least 3,000 calories per day
The World Health Organization says anything under 2,100 calories per day is starvation.
I prefer a high-carb/low-fat diet like 80-10-10, Starch Solution, or Engine 2 diet myself.
