With the description of problems with parasites in your eyes, I think you may be co-infected with strongyloides. Somewhere on here, there is a description of how to use coconut oil and eyewash to cure that. As far as I know, mites don't get into your eyes.

I suggest the coconut oil and borax bath too. Get the water as hot as you can stand it and stay in it as long as you can, at least 30 minutes of so. You can also add apple cider vinegar to the water. It seems to help draw them out.

Plus, if you can get some Bentonite clay, slather it on where you're itching the worst and it will draw some of the critters our and smother some of them.
