For the itching dish washing liquid took the itch away in less than 30 sec.
Its probably not going to kill the,but the near instant itch relief is a god send.
Even after you do kill them,there still be several weeks of itching from the die off.
Lava Soap works pretty good to.
I think any type of soap shampoo will work.
