Re: Need help, not sure if leaky gut, symptoms are terrible.
Yeah, got to balance improving our digestion without bloating ourselves from trying to stuff enough calories in us.
I do mono meals sometimes and that's definitely easier on my digestion. I'm still relatively new in experimenting with the raw/mostly fruit 80-10-10 diet. Tricky buying fruit and timing how long it takes to ripen. Beginning of winter is probably not the best time for introducing yourself to that diet!
When you say crash hard, do you mean adrenal crash? I have mild adrenal fatigue (dark circles under eyes, dizzy standing up, etc) but have no problem eating all raw. Done of few days all raw, mostly fruit and felt pretty good. As mentioned above, once I get the timing of ripening my fruit down, I plan to go more and more raw, especially when Spring hits.
Yes, I eat grains and beans/legumes. I tend to eat them only in the evening though since they weigh me down more than raw foods. Basically I'm 80-10-10 in the morning through afternoon and Starch Solution in the evening.
Yeah, most vegetables are because they are low in fat and fat is 45% more calorie-dense than carbs. That's why you see a lot of vegetarians and vegans overdue it on dairy products and plant-based fats to try to get enough calories.
I see you've been posting here for a while, but haven't seen you much because you mostly post in the
parasites section. Glanced at a couple of your posts and saw your basic symptoms. Seems like you're suffering mostly from adrenal fatigue and being under-caloried from what I gather upon quick glance. What made you so insistent you have parasites? I think most people here who think they do really don't and spend a lot of time, money, and frustration going around in circles trying to rid them of it to no avail. Do you still think you do? Any luck with it?
