Re: Need help, not sure if leaky gut, symptoms are terrible.
Yeah it's kinda what I expected, your nervous system was in Sympathetic Dominance (stuck in "Fight or Flight" mode) beforehand from too much physical/emotional stress in your life and you probably got a case of mono from your immune system being compromised which sent you into chronic fatigue syndrome. Very textbook.
So even though it looks like you've come out of
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome a bit, your adrenals are still shot and I really think your mostly suffering from what I had, Toxic Hunger, which made me feel very hypoglycemic the further away from my last high-animal protein meal that I had. A lot of foods would make me feel like I "crashed" too, fruit being one of them. I would get these weird headaches, fatigue, anxiety, feel cold, cranky, depressed, couldn't think straight, all the symptoms of drug withdrawals just like Dr. Fuhrman writes about.
Go back and re-read my first link I gave you and do what I did and you should start feeling a lot better in just a couple of days.
Here's also some video interviews of one of my favorite new diet activist who healed his similar health problems and is now a hard core cyclist:
