Your starving all the time because you're not getting enough carbs and calories. You're going to have to eat more carbs to reach at least 2,500k (females) or 3,000k (males) calories per day and at least 5 grams of carbs per body weight a day to not under-carb yourself.
Potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, or fruit has to be your stable of calories if you have leaky gut.
