Ah thank you for this, i have some questions i hope you can maybe answer?
Also a little more background on me: this has been going on (although i had NO IDEA) for about 2 years total now. I crashed hard one day and just never bounced back, it started with energy and then bled into eliminating my sex drive. Once cleaning up my diet things got much better, but here we are with much different issues haha.
So the questions are:
-- How long should i do this diet for? I figure after the new year i was going to give myself the entire month of January to heal. Thoughts on this?
-- Would you suggest things like Kombucha tea to assist in cleansing my liver?
-- would you suggest Liver / Kidney / parasite flushes?
-- How do you feel about coffee enema's? i have read alot about them and they seem to be natural catch alls when you are randomly symptomatic, like me. Coffee enema's are supposed to be incredible for detoxing the liver, thoughts?
TL;DR: do you think a month is enough time on one of the diets to show improvement, and do you suggest combining the diets along with cleanses and other fasting based detoxes that are rather popular on this website? Mind you, before the straw broke the camels back, i was REALLY beating on my body for YEARS.
