SO when this all started i had crippling fatigue. After i figured out it was stuff i was eating, specifically grains and wheat i began eliminating and started feeling much better. no longer did i need mid afternoon naps just to feel normal. However a few months of going off all grains, i started reacting to other things, such as fruits and vegetables, supplements and vitamins i had taken my whole life suddenly gave me crippling head pressure. Its now been about 4-5 months off of all grains and wheat, and while i no longer have the terrible, must sleep fatigue, these reactions are completely ruining my life. The second i react to something, it ruins any chance of having a normal day. Im essentially stuck in the clouds with heavy head pressure for the next few days. Its TERRIBLE.
Ive seen your post a number of times, and im particularly worried. For a long time ive had an incredibly high protein diet, but its always been organic and grass fed. To completely remove animal protein from my diet for the rest of my life is essentially removing a HUGE key component of my lifestyle, which has been weight lifting and exercise. (although, with how terrible ive felt over the past year and a half, its been harder and harder to even go to the gym...) Im already down 30 pounds from my original muscle weight, its incredibly depressing for me.
Might you elaborate on your process a bit? What specific cleanses and flushes have you done? Im particularly more interested in that to be honest.
