Yes i got extreme flu symptoms when i crash, on top of this intense crazy whole body hives and mouth full of cancre sores.
One thing i have to add though and this isnt to say i dont agree with you however im having reactions to basically everything that ISNT meat. I can eat meat and veggies all day and not have any reaction, mostly. Its fruit and some supplements and vitamins i react to. Fish oil brands, sprays on fruit if i dont wash them enough. I react to things like carrots, celery, grapefruit, especially ESPECIALLY apples. It seems to change as time goes on.
It started with wheat and grains, removing those improved things greatly, however it was like my immune system went on overdrive and began reacting to EVERYTHING. I would say yes it is all of the meat i eat, but i dont react to meat, not even in the slightest way. This is why this whole thing is so confusing to me, im reacting to basically EVERYTHING ELSE. You had suggested in a previous thread you posted on to do a liver cleanse when you react to fruit like i do, its the only reason i suggested cleansing.
And yes, i was heavily using stimulants for workouts and diets for the entire time i lifted. So i assumed as well that it was partly an adrenal thing. My energy levels are completely solid though, until i get a reaction and then its like someone pulls my plug.
If i look up the symptoms for candida, its literally a carbon copy, but i ran a month long candida cleanse 6 months ago and nothing really changed one direction or another.
If you have any other thoughts please dont be shy! I desperately need anything i can grasp to. Like i said im going to stick with a diet and run with it come january to try and mix things up, im just nervous about going veggie and fruit juice route considering how im currently reacting randomly to both.
