nat, i eat low fat/high carb but still seem to be hungry all the time and havent gained weight. lots of sweet potatoes, winter squash, pumpkin, parsnips, rutabaga and eating a lot of fruit. i dont think im getting enough calories but dont know how to get enough. even eating a bunch of sweet potato is less than 200 calories. it doesnt seem like theres enough time in a day for me to eat enough.
maybe i should think about eating brown rice again
