Re: High fat diet causes depression

Interesting hypothesis Cheshire,
Might be true who knows - fact is many candida/ parasites sufferers have impaired fats and proteins digestion.
Thanks for the links.

I used to follow Bee's diet and it wasnt ok for me including supplementing Ca,Mg by mouth. I was having big trouble with high fat/protein diet thinking that candida only is the problem and I have dye off by simptoms. But lately i found out i was having chronic giardiasis and bacterial infection which also impaired fat/protein digestion. And in fact I was experiencing bad/poor digestion and not dye-off candida symptoms :). that was very important for me.

I support james experience as being true also for me with SIBO and candida "My Gut inflammation is usually a result of too much hard to digest fat, spices, irritating anti-fungals. Anti-fungals that cause an inflammation"

The idea with Align like probiotic seems very promising but I am wondering if the ingridients are ok for some of us: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, sugar, milk protein, titanium dioxide, sodium citrate dihydrate, propyl gallate, FD&C blue #1, riboflavin colorant". I got he idea thou "something similar with".

What way did you modified your diet? I saw that 50g of carbs per day is not ok for me at all. Neither eating nuts, almonds...
