Carefull with the fish oil supps(if considering). I've ran into a lot of fish oil supps that are rancid /oxididized or sitting on the shelf too long. Fish oils are very unstable and can get rancid or oxidized very easily. I usually just try to get fresh low fat fish at whole foods or fish market you can trust. Fish oils should really be in a light resistant bottle and refrigerated. Don't trust frozen fish from walmart or mass produced frozen fish. I've ran into a lot of fish that made me sick or did not smell fresh at all. The best luck I've has is fresh fish from whole foods. I like their low fat tilapia. Their farm raised tilapia has been fed with fish scraps so their higher in the omega-3's. Some commercial tilapias can be higher in the omega 6.
