Coconut oil is less than 10% Palmitic acid... and the good FA's more than make up for and even completely surpress the negative effect it might have.

Coconut oil also has 10% oleic acid.. :)

Not to mention it's half lauric acid... which does not need any sulfur from bile to be broken down... does not need bile at all! :)

Plus, there's a whole nother host of problems with a study that most likely used pasteurized, homogenized milk for feeding the rats... These fats are very denatured and have been turned toxic.

EDIT: Looks like we agree on olive oil though... I think that's the one thing I've never seen anyone say anything against :)
