Re: Minimalist Yeast Abatement Protocol
Can you use your mind like a bug-zapper to eradicate yeast-released free acetaldehyde?
Visualization therapy has been shown to produce results even in clinical surgical settings [1]. There is a level of mind responsive to occurrences on the energetic and biochemical levels down to the minutest details of the body that can be tapped into and adjusted by the conscious mind [2]. The best results occur if the instructions included in the visualization are as precise and specific as possible. Since yeast-released acetaldehyde is linked to a staggering number of disease processes:
See "Acetaldehyde + Disease"
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1972745
any attempts to eliminate it should provide invaluable benefits.
ACETALDEHYDE-ZAPPING VISUALIZATION: For any yeast-released free acetaldehyde that is about to react in the body with something other than a bona fide acetaldehyde scavenger (e.g. Wondro, emulsified N-acetyl-L-cysteine, carnosine) or neutralizer (e.g. aldehyde dehydrogenase, aldehyde oxidase), hydrate the molecule!
Water in the cellular milieu is plentiful and readily available. The hydrated form of acetaldehyde (1,1-ethanediol) is non-reactive with other molecules. The mental energy expended by such a visualization is minimal. This is something that is already happening to some acetaldehyde molecules that do bump into a water molecule before they interact with something else. The visualization is simply an attempt to ensure that this happens and continues to happen to all such molecules until they can be dealt with appropriately. However, since ethanediol can revert to its reactive aldehyde form by spontaneously releasing the water molecule thus added, this visualization needs to be supported by other techniques for actually reducing the levels of acetaldehyde that have to be handled in this manner. Otherwise, you will end up continually chasing acetaldehyde molecules around your body.
The yeast abatement protocol [3] already contains other energetic and physical components designed to reduce the production of this toxin at its source (homeopathic sulfur), to remove any tolerance that the body may have acquired by the "pulsed low-dosage" exposure profile of Candida Albicans (OPK tolerance reduction), and to assist innate scavengers (e.g. carnosine) and neutralizers (e.g. aldehyde dehydrogenase) using Wondro or emulsified N-acetyl-L-cysteine. These mechanisms should be helpful in reducing the mental energetic burden placed by an acetaldehyde zapping visualization due to the sheer volume of acetaldehyde capable of being produced:
See "Just A Teaspoon Of Sugar"
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1954934
But will this really work? Only those who try it will know, based upon their own symptomatic profile. As with all visualizations, if the mind loses its focus or the body becomes stressed or the level of acetaldehyde becomes excessive, the visualization will dissipate and cease to be effective. This is why the specificity of the request limits it to only those molecules of acetaldehyde that are "rogue"; that is, not being dealt with appropriately.
Well, if "mind-over-matter" can work for acetaldehyde, then why not just zap the yeast cells that are producing it? Directly targeting yeast cells for mental obliteration, impregnable evolutionary fortresses such as they are, you may find that such an energy intensive "yeast-zapping" visualization dwindles after a couple of yeast cells. The most efficient and sustainable visualizations are those that work in tandem with body processes that already have the capability and resources necessary to deal with problems. Instead of trying to dispatch yeast cells directly, rather by including a homeopathic visualization of beta-1,3;beta-1,6 glucan (30C) periodically throughout the day, you may be able to recruit macrophages to the task of destroying the acetaldehyde-producing yeast cells for you:
See "Macrophage Recruitment"
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1978223
This is a case of visualization "optimal efficacy" -- achieving the maximum result for the least amount of expended mental energy. Visualization therapy is best when supported by physical techniques designed to perform similar tasks (actual acetaldehyde scavengers and the shiitake mushroom tea, for example). Then you always have these to fall back on while experimenting with the exercises at the mental level.
