okay, I see your points. I can understand why it would be better to use the precipitated sulphur, USP and why heating is necessary

However, I still question why you would need to use the flax oil. does the oil need to be a oil high in Omega three? if not it would seem like a much better choice would be a heat-stable oil like sesame or olive oil

another choice might be walnut oil, which is higher in omega-3 content than sesame or olive oil (but still much lower than flaxseed oil) but still somewhat heat-stable
