I think we actually agree on most things.

I think there is a difference between the requirements shortly after an injury occurred, where tissue healing is important, and a chronic condition, months after the injury occurred.

There are benefits of good nutrition for healing tissue. There are benefits of fasting for chronic conditions.

If you do an internet search on nutrition and injury, or nutrition and burns, most people recommend good nutrition to promote healing.

I hope nobody leaves this discussion with bad feelings. I think we should be able to discuss different points of view and all remain happy.

Keep up the good contributions.
