I'm thrilled u found ur cure, but I have yet to find mine. I have more infections than just candida, so my case is a bit more complicated.

I agree, tho... it is frustrating to see some of the posts here. I've asked point-blank what people eat and the responses are often very vague. Don't people realize that diet is the foundation of health and wellbeing?
