Re: SCD vs GAPS vs Bee Wilder

Something that gets often forgotten with the Bee Wilder diet is the fact that many people are battling chronic candida with heavy metal exposure in the body. Many people may find that they react to high sulphur foods which often contribute to feeding yeast. Mercury toxic people often find that they just don't do well with high sulphur foods at all. Garlic, eggs, cabbage, broccoli etc ... all can produce negative responses from within the body, especially when you chelate. Yeast feeds from sulphur foods and both these diets have foods that won't benefit those with candida. Most of these diets are just maintenance and never address the underlying problems with the individuals health.
