It is an accomplishment any time that you can gain the upper hand on candida as you have. On the same hand tho it seems that you have not had the infection for years and years as many on this bd have.

I believe that I have had candida most of my life and it is so ingrained that it knows me better than I do. I thought that I had a strange form of Arthritis that accounted for much of my health issues. Now I know that candida is the culprit.
