There's truly nothing more ridiculous than someone telling someone else why they said what they said.

The reason that I started posting in this thread had nothing to do with one person's isolated experience over a short period of time....although I've told you several times I'm glad you've had a good experience. I'm not required 'be interested in your experiences' to ask for data that would confirm your statement about 'fermentation degrading pesticides', challenge it, or prove it wrong (or right)...or to add information about the different types of vinegars and express my opinion/s.

You've been using balsamic vinegar for a couple of weeks or so - I've been using it for over 25 YEARS (I've imported the highest quality of organic balsamic vinegars, long before there was an internet or companies that you could order them through). I read the data about your vinegars VERY THOROUGHLY...I know (whether you know it or believe it or not) that I have experienced the same caliber of vinegar that you have now thousands of times, and even higher calibers hundreds of times.

I was open to sharing what I know and asking for more information about something you claimed (that I thought I knew, but wanted to learn more so I could alter my viewpoint in case I was incorrect). That's not arguing out of biased closemindedness, no matter how much you believe it, or want others to believe it.
