Actually you are wrong about the apple cider and Basalmic vinegar. I have the full report that proves apple cider is far from the qualities of even plum vinegar. What source information have you on apple cider and malic acid content.
I would be interested to compare the report which was done on a Taiwanese health vinegar and Braggs apple cider and several other flavours of vinegar, i'm interested in the malic acid content, just out of curiosity and not health as apple cider is already bottom of the competitive league today, that is why they have tried to come back by adding 3 juice flavour ready mixed drinks, which taste very bad by the way. Health wise, no way can an apple cider compete against essential amino acid content, taste and quality, which is even better than any Balsamic on the market.
