the fact that fermentation process breaks down pesticides is well... a fact. That's not a matter of opinion

As for all the rest of it, I don't really care quite frankly.

The fact of the matter is this vinegar does something for me that no other vinegar ever has. it has such a stimulatory effect on my circulatory system it's really quite amazing. That's why I love it so much.

You can theorize and philosophize about various things and what does and does not matter and pesticides and raw and pasteurization etc. etc. all you want

But the fact of the matter is the proof is in the pudding. This stuff works
