Re:
gawd amit, look at what ya started, all the cz geniuses came out and started arguing "my info is better / more complete than yours, etc."
its why I quit writin on these boards.
its the same on other internet places, I wrote in with some engine tricks on a corvette forum and the mental midgets came out of the woodwork and attacked it saying how wrong I was, yet, I have the dynamometer results that prove what I said, also David Vizard agrees.
Ya get one "know-it-all" type coming in, and after that all hell breaks loose b/c they can't stand to be challenged, even though everyone is anonymous. I think anyone who is so fragile-minded as to feel threatened by the opinions of anonymous persons need not look far for a problem that needs addressed and ought focus on their own issues instead of trying to help others. I'd never take financial advice from a poor man, same too with health advice from folk who can't stand to be negated by anonymously-authored opinions on the internet.
As for the MRI, my guess is that nobody can know whether they're "safe" or not. It is un-natural to subject the body to such strong magnetic fields, and there is magnetite in the pineal gland and other body compartments - one can only conjecture whether there's a long term effect of aligning these magnetic domains, but since the body never reaches the Curie temperature of iron, my guess is that the effect would be long-term.
So your question might be re-worded as "Is it safe to align the magnetic domains of all the magnetite in my body ?"
I don't know the answer, other than, if these domains are aligned via MRI, then they would afterwards remain in such an aligned state for a while, which I view as not natural.
Good luck whatever you decide, if it were me I probably wouldn't do it.
And for anyone with an ego trip who reads this and wants to reply negatively to my opinion, which I claim to be neither right nor wrong, let me say in advance that you all can kiss my @$$.
