My close relative had all three wisdom teeth pop through just fine by the age of 23. But I got my one around age 29. Anyway, her fourth wisdom tooth was not coming in so so oral surgeon removed gum and a little bone and put a bracket on it and now the holistic dentist is using a special attatchment he put on her Invisiline to now bring up that wisdom tooth. It is really the best of the best at work. Also my biological dentist who is also an oral surgeon says he prefers to have is patients keep their wisdom teeth in if possible. As for the crowding, your dentist can take a mold of your teeth and have a clear plastic retainer made for only about $300 that will hold your teeth in the exact place they are in now while the wisdom teeth are allowed to erupt, that you you can get invisiline which is basicially a series of clear plastic retainers that straighten your teeth to bring your teeth back to where they were before the crowding. Keep your wisdom teeth if possible. Any orthodontist can put a bracket on the wisdom tooth and bring it into alignment with the other teeth even if it is coming in crooked.
