Yes, one can observe it in most who have been injected with mercurials, including vaccine sources. Simple test is to take a photo of the person, lay it flat, than run a piece of paper vertical along the facial centerline and observe the differences in appearance of the right and left sides. The extent of the neuro damage is shown by how much each side looks to be a different person than the other. A healthy subject is nearly perfectly symmetrical.
