Is the only distinction between hyperT and Graves the enlarged eyes due to the elevation of upper lid?

What constitutes thyroid storm/distinguishes it from general hyperthyroidism and/or Graves?

Doing all the digging I can. In a mad rush because my appointment to review these results and the diagnosis w an endocrinologist is this wee-eeeeek!!
