I did read somewhere Cora that many years ago there were dentists routinely filling root canals with amalgam. What they fill them now with I've no idea; but whatever it is, it goes straight into the blood stream regardless. Also root canal teeth show changes to live teeth and grow and house lots of bacteria. Its never a good option to have a RC in your mouth no matter what the filler.
