what are your thoughts on the safety of implants? My husband wants one, and I could use one as well. I had a root-canaled tooth that I had pulled a few years ago.

I could manage fine without an implant as I have plenty of other teeth with which to chew, including wisdom teeth:)

Also, it's a back molar so there's no issues with appearances.

BTW, got two Amalgams out, two to go. The dentist we're seeing is really good. He's fast:)

Not noticing anything pro or con, but then I think these fillings off-gassed years ago. Maybe too early to tell?
