I'd asked you above how you were able to correct things with your thyroid condition. Still hoping you can respond on that.
Question - did you supplement w copper at all? I do use zinc (not every day), and most of the powdered concoctions I use have zinc. Considering the copper/zinc ratio mentioned in your link, thought I might want to start supping w some of these copper caps I've had sitting around.
Or are copper supplements, like so many others, useless - i.e., best to acquire via whole food source?
