How much calcium do you normally take at once and per day? Do you always take the same amount of magnesium with the calcium? Do you take the same amount of magnesium total per day as calcium or more?
If you eat/take fiber at night do you drink a lot of water then too? I thought about trying more fiber in the evening but did not know if I would need to drink too much water then need to wake up more when sleeping.
If you don't have a b.m. in the morning time, do you normally later or is it the next morning?
